Over the course of the last couple of years I have dramatically changed my life style in a way that resulted in me losing over 120 pounds. During this time, I learned how to eat healthier, exercised, and started enjoying life (along with some new clothes).

Overall I lost 120 pounds in just over 14 months and have kept it off. I have continued to run completing multiple 5K’s, a 10K, and started training for a half marathon.
